Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 23rd July at 6pm followed by a BBQ.  All committee positions will be declared vacant at the AGM, if you wish to become a committee member please complete the attached nomination form and return to secretary@phgfc.com.au by Monday 22nd July. To become a committee member, you must be a current financial member of the club and have been for a period of no less than 12 months.  The position requires attendance at each monthly committee meeting to assist with event planning and assisting at the Monthly members comps and annual events.  Alternatively, if you have any questions about the role please don't hesitate to reach out to Warren Templeman - President, or Jarrod Cini - Vice President.
